Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Experienced hands-on Nurse Manager needed. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department and overseeing resident assessments and care plan implementation. Must be able to communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident and family satisfaction, adherence to clinical systems and regulatory compliance. Two years experience as an RN with 1-year nursing supervisory experience as well as a current license in the state of Illinois required. Nursing management experience in pediatrics, ventilator and/or wound care preferred.

LPN

State-of-the-art rehabilitation and health care center seeks part-time LPNs for all shifts. Assess residents’ clinical conditions, administer medications and treatment plans. Supervise the unit and CNAs. Must be licensed in Illinois. LTC experience preferred and experience with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities a plus.

Ventilator Unit Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs in their daily activities at our new state-of-the-art respiratory unit. Must be licensed in Illinois. Applicant must be compassionate toward individuals with developmental disabilities, have good organizational skills, complete paperwork within deadlines and pay close attention to details. Ventilator experience and the ability to efficiently manage the unit are a must. CPR certification is required.

CNA

Rehabilitation and health care center looking for full-time and part-time CNAs for all shifts. Work with RNs, assist with monitoring vital signs and patient transport. Previous experience helpful. CNA certification required.

Housekeeper

Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility as required. Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers. Perform other tasks as assigned. Effective communication with residents, their families and staff is important. Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
