CNA

Rehabilitation and health care center looking for full-time and part-time CNAs for all shifts. Work with RNs, assist with monitoring vital signs and patient transport. Previous experience helpful. CNA certification required.

Director of Nursing (DON)

Oversee and manage nursing personnel to maintain quality standards of care and advise medical staff, department heads and Administrator regarding nursing operations. Establish nursing goals and objectives to meet patient/resident needs. Long-term care or acute health care experience preferred. Nursing supervisory experience needed. Current RN license in Illinois required.

Housekeeper

Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility as required. Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers. Perform other tasks as assigned. Effective communication with residents, their families and staff is important. Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

LPN

State-of-the-art rehabilitation and health care center seeks full-time and part-time LPNs for all shifts. Assess residents and patients clinical conditions, administer medications and treatment plans. Supervise the unit and CNAs. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. LTC experience preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide nursing care to residents and patients and supervise CNAs in their daily activities at new state-of-the-art rehabilitation and health care center. Must be licensed in Illinois or eligible to take the licensure exam. Experience preferred. CPR required. NEW GRADS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
